I’m a Tulsa-based nonprofit professional passionate about youth, education, and equity. As the Development & Partnerships Specialist at The Opportunity Project, I help raise money to expand access to afterschool and summer learning opportunities for Tulsa’s youth.

My primary goal in my work is to drive change through high-quality communications and storytelling.

With a background in teaching and years of experience in development, philanthropy, fundraising, and nonprofit communications, I specialize in building meaningful mission-driven messaging and strategies that fuel impact.

Josie Pascoe: Money running out for TPS after-school programs

There's a void in Oklahoma for opportunities for children to grow after the bell rings at the end of the school day. Funding received during the pandemic to boost after-school programs runs out this month, leaving many kids without programs that can improve student test scores and lead to higher school attendance. Josie Pascoe helps raise funds to keep these programs going.
